Since 2012, we have delivered over 25,000 therapy sessions to more than 4,700 clients, creating a safe space for healing while also training the next generation of mental health professionals. Your support helps us continue expanding access to care and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives — because everyone deserves the chance to feel free.

We provide individual, couples, family, and EMDR therapy, psychological testing, and free support groups in 5 different languages: English, Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, and Mandarin. We accept insurance and provide services on a sliding scale or pro-bono.
